ABOUT
The NorthEast Passenger Transportation Association (NEPTA) is a non-profit association of transit providers, vendors and industry specialists dedicated to promoting transit issues at the local, state, regional, and national levels. Our activities are funded solely by membership participation, and we are proud to sponsor programs such as the NEPTA Scholarship Award, which is available to dependents and employees of NEPTA member organizations.

OUR MISSION

Promote professionalism in our industry through conferences and workshops;

Disseminate information on issues of interest within the urban and rural passenger transportation communities;

Promote interchange networking cooperation and fellowship among our members and other related organizations, and to;

Represent the concerns of our members on issues of federal and regional interest.
OUR MEMBERSHIP
The NEPTA membership consists of over 200 members throughout the six northeastern states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Each state is represented on the NEPTA Board of Directors. Additional board members represent vendors and other transportation companies in accordance with the NEPTA bylaws. NEPTA is supported through membership dues and sponsorship participation.
