2019 Booth Package Includes: Back walls 8' high back drape (middle booths will have 3' high back drapes - we ask that no disply in the middle aisle excceeds 5'); 6' skirted tables, two chairs, wastebasket, and one 7" x 44" (one-line) ID sign with booth number. Registration includes receptions, breaks, meals and conference sessions for ONE attendee. Additional registrants will be required to register at $50 per person (early bird discount ends June 10. Re: Electric, Internet, etc. please refer to your exhibitor manual (Contact Carol Tally 617-549-8782 or email: membership@nepta.org if you have not received your manual via email or registration link. Exhibitors are responsible to check the online floor plan (javascript:void(0))for booth number and/or any errors in the name listed on the floor plan. Vendor display set up is from 9:00 am - 10:15 am on Wednesday, June 26. The Expo will remain open until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 26. Dismantle and load-out may begin at 6:15pm.

Yes, at no additional cost. Exhibitor registration is all-inclusive for the entire two-day event for one attendee. Additional attendees may be added for $50 per person.

Yes, your registration will be accepted after the June 10 deadline. Sponsorship printing and early bird discount deadline is June 10. Payment due by June 20th.

Cancellations received on or before May 15 will receive a full refund. From May 16 onward, any cancellations will receive a 50% refund. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 1.
