The Tri-State Conference will return in 2020 in Vermont. The group will host their annual conference and expo during opposite years of NEPTA's Biennial Event.

INTERIOR BOOTH SPACES

10 x 10 booth space, located inside Grand Ballroom

9 x 10 booth space, located outside Grand Ballroom

Booth selection 11 through 18 and 21 through 28 are 10 x 10 x 3 and have a 3' draped back drop. There is a display height maximum. 

We ask that all display material not to exceed 5' from the floor to the top of the display.

All other booths, with the exception of outdoor vehicle space, will have an 8' draped back drop. 

 

EXTERIOR VEHICLE EXHIBIT SPACE

Vehicle exhibitor space is available in the outside lot of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Vehicle space includes an inside booth display
near the parking lot entrance. All vehicles will be outside the hotel; no indoor vehicles are permitted.

COST

All booth spaces are $825 for NEPTA members ($975 non-member), which includes one conference registrant.
Additional booth staff registrations are available at an additional charge.
Conference registration includes events and meals during the conference (Wednesday, June 26 and Thursday, June 27)

Deadline for your name and/or sponsor logo to be printed in the program book is June 10. Due to costs incurred, no refunds allowed after June 14. Registration will remain open with an updated attendee list available on this website. All payments are due no later than June 20, 2019.

Booth Inclusions & Exhibitor Benefits

Outer booths:  8-foot high back drape and 3-foot high side drape
Middle booths: 3-foot high back drape and 3-foot high side drape) *5' display max. 

All booths:
6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, 7" x 44" (one line) ID sign with company name

One conference registration pass (to register additional booth attendees - select Add Another Person, then select Additional Exhibitor Attendee $100 after completing your registration information.)

5' max height requirement on Booth 21-28 & 31-38 (back drape wall is 3' high)

All booths will have an 8' back drape wall

Inclusion of company name and booth number in Exhibitor Floor Plan and in Program Book with registration by June 7 

Opportunity to participate in the trade show Industry Update Micro-Learning which is a 10-minute opportunity in a classroom setting to focus on a primary learning objective about your product(s) and/or services(s). Email membership@nepta.org if interested.

Opportunity to participate in additional Sponsorship Opportunities (additional costs apply)

NOT INCLUDED IN BOOTH COST
Additional optional services are offered by Capital Convention Contractors (Capital), as well as electrical services by Crowne Plaza.

Additional services such as accessories, electrical, Internet, etc. must be purchased separately. Once registered, you will receive an Exhibitor Service Manual via email link. Information about installation and/or dismantle supervision, rental, shipping, etc. will also be available in the manual. If you do not receive the manual access link, contact Carol at NEPTA (617-549-8782).

VEHICLE DISPLAY SET UP
Outdoor space is available; vendor displays should be ready to show by 11:00  am on Wednesday, June 26

BOOTH BREAK DOWN/LOAD-OUT

The Expo space will remain open until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 26. Break-down/load-out may begin at 6:15 pm.

Vehicles are permitted in parking area overnight
